– For each reservation, the deposit is 50% of the total accommodation cost.

– In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date of a reservation,
the deposit is refundable.

– In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date of a reservation
or no show, the deposit is non-refundable.

– In case of departure earlier than the scheduled check out,
the customer is charged 50% of the remaining amount.
